Today's illustration sees our intrepid black kitty cat and French bulldog in a delicate situation ~ but whether it came about because of raining or washing, we can only begin to surmise. Knowing them, I'd lay money a quest for prosciutto was involved. If this illustration was Scratch and Sniff, maybe more would be revealed. And on that note ...

When you and your furry friends are inseparable, you'll need means and ways of taking them everywhere.

A simple tote can suffice if you have a well-behaved sidekick and who are we kidding? This kitty is just barely more likely to stay put than a pig is to fly. And not above biting the hand that feeds her. Or giving a gentle nip of displeasure at least. Our cute French bulldog is guaranteed, however, to stay put and smell the roses. And on that note ...

There's always one in every crowd who simply can't resist messing around with a perfect photo opportunity! Cheeky thing.

Today's fashion illustration with a flaky-pastried, francophile flavour sees us taking poetic license with the menu on offer at Le Café Marly brasserie at the Louvre in Paris. Having focused on the consumption of coupes de champagne, berries with cream and éclairs au chocolat, my memories are hazy as to availability of croissants and pain aux raisins. Pawhaps these were smuggled in under her jumper. No risk of being caught ... her furry sidekick can make short work of the evidence if she gives him a wake-up nudge! And on that note ...
